What is SAAT?
SAAT is a powerful technique that can provides long lasting relief from allergy symptoms triggering your immune system. What is Alpha Gal Syndrome?
Alpha-gal syndrome (AGS) is an IgE-mediated allergic response to galactose-alpha-1,3-galactose (Alpha-gal), a sugar molecule found in most mammals, but not humans. AGS can develop after the bite of certain ticks, causing the immune system to react to mammal-derived products such as beef, pork, dairy, and in some cases, certain medications and personal care products. Reactions often occur several hours after exposure and can range from mild to life threating. A 2021 study published found that 96% of patients with alpha-gal who received SAAT reported long term remission of symptoms.
